Hello Operator (band)

Hello Operator is a band from Toronto, Canada. Mike Condo (vocals, guitar, piano) and Evan Huson (synth, programming, vocals) started the band in 2006 while living in California. After touring off and on with various members, friends and hired musicians, Condo and Huson settled in Toronto, where they wrote and recorded their first EP, The Breaks.
"The Breaks", was released November 20, 2007 online, and February 5, 2008 in stores across North America.
Their first video single, Chasing Satellites, was released and has been seen on MuchMusic. In early 2008, the band released their second video for "55 Regrets", which has been played on MuchMusic. The video for their third single, "Take Me Away", had been on heavy rotation on MuchMusic and MuchMoreMusic and eventually reached No. 1 on Much On Demand's Daily 10. "Take Me Away" also started to get radio play in May 2009.
